SEALANTS | Caulking

Whether your project is new construction or an existing structure, we can provide you with all of your sealant & caulking needs. Airtite specializes in both exterior and interior sealants. Sealant work is vital for the lifespan of your structure. Without a properly sealed structure, you will run into a host of issues, such as moisture, mold, quicker weathering of the structure, and energy loss. Some major areas that require sealants & caulking include, but are not limited to: parking decks, sidewalks, planters, pools, vertical brick, stone, panel systems, EIFS, window frames. With a range of sealants on the market, we ensure that we use the highest quality and correct products for your specific needs.

Waterproofing | coatings

In some cases, sealants alone will not prevent moisture from entering the surfaces of your structure. In these cases, we provide the highest quality and correct products for your specific waterproofing needs. Some examples of these include: masonry or concrete that require clear, penetrating water repellants, parking and/or pedestrian decks that require elastomeric coatings, and specialty pigmented coatings that can be used to waterproof and/or upgrade the aesthetic quality of your structure.

Restoration

With some existing structures and surfaces, repairs to concrete and masonry must occur before sealants and waterproofing can be applied. In these instances, we are able to provide the necessary repairs in a timely manner. We have performed numerous repairs and re-coating of EIFS building facades.
